Example of SWAN 2 Concentrators Using Cascaded
Ethernet Switches or Hubs
Figure 2-2 shows an example of two SWAN 2 concentrators connected to port A on
G4SA G11123 and to port A on G4SA G11124 using Ethernet switches or hubs 3 and
4, which are cascaded off Ethernet switches or hubs 1 and 2. The SWAN 2
concentrator can have a maximum of four switches and/or hubs between itself and the
Integrity NonStop NS-series or NonStop S-series server.
