Power On the SWAN 2 Concentrator and Run the
Power-On Self-Test (POST)
Connect the AC Power Cords
1. Locate the AC power cords included in the SWAN 2 concentrator shipping
container.
2. Orient the plug on one AC power cord to the power receptacle on the rear panel of
the SWAN 2 concentrator and push the plug into the power receptacle.
3. Attach the other end of that AC power cord to a power source.

Note. If a SWAN 2 concentrator is powered on before it is configured within the WAN
subsystem, the SWAN 2 concentrator will not be recognized by the WAN manager process or
the OSM Service Connection or TSM Service Application (G-series RVUs only) discovery
process.
