b. Slowly slide the SWAN 2 concentrator out of the rack until the concentrator
catches. There are spring-loaded mechanisms on both sides of the
concentrator. Press these mechanisms to finish removing the concentrator.
c. Preferably, two people should lift the SWAN 2 concentrator out of the rack and
lay it on a flat surface.
Unpack and Prepare the Replacement SWAN 2 Concentrator
1. Unpack the replacement SWAN 2 concentrator as described in Unpack the
Shipping Container on page 2-3.
2. Record the configuration track-ID and the 12 media access control (MAC)
addresses located on the back of the replacement SWAN 2 concentrator on the
Note. The SWAN 2 concentrator weighs approximately 50 pounds (approximately 23
kilograms).
