This is an informational message. An SCF START SERVER command initiates a reset
of the SWAN CLIP and awaits the BOOTP request from the CLIP, as a result of the
reset. If a BOOTP request is received within 60 seconds, this EMS message is issued.

An SCF START SERVER command initiates a reset of the SWAN CLIP and awaits for
the BOOTP request from the CLIP, as a result of the reset. If a BOOTP request is not
received within 60 seconds, this EMS BOOTP request failure message is issued. The
message indicates the reason for failure which helps in the recovery action.
