After the last BOOTP request the PATH has not come up. (Path UP Since is "N/A".)
1. The SNMP was not downloaded or did not come up. (Note that SNMP software
gets downloaded from the host only for SWAN firmware versions T7953AAG and
below. In T7953AAH and later, SNMP is now part of the SWAN firmware).
2. Check if the TFTP process for this TCP/IP process is configured and UP.
Versions: Applicable for G06.07 and later RVUs.
