This is a fatal error. You need to intervene and correct it in most cases.
Retry after CPU switch
An Ownership error occurred. Requesting the DEVICE to initiate an Activate
PATH on its other CPU for performance reasons.
Retry after Long Delay
For errors including No response from CLIP and Timeout on WANMgr, retry
after a delay of about 10 seconds.
Retry after Short Delay
This problem is transitional and you should retry immediately.

indicates that the BOOTP request was never made from this PATH after
configuration.
Path X DOWN. Not UP since last BOOTP
indicates a possible SNMP download error or the BOOTP has just happened.
This would probably go away after 2 minutes.
Path X Down From 1999-10-18 21:49:04
indicates that the PATH is down since the time specified. You should get
information about the health status of the PATH.
Path X No BOOTP Request
indicates that the BOOTP request was never made from this PATH.
Path X Firmup in Progress
indicates that a FIRMUP is in progress.
Path X CLIP Dump in Progress
indicates that a CLIP dump is in progress. Wait for the dump to complete and
the CLIP to recover before you start the LINE. (Note that the dump may take
some time to complete).
