The program file associated with the DEVICE (or the DIAG Task file name in case of
Task actions) is not present or ConMgr cannot read it. Correct the file problem, then
retry starting the LINE.

The ConMgr found that the Request for Activate PATH should be tried from the other
CPU to achieve optimum performance. No user recovery action is needed. The
DEVICE will retry on the other CPU.

None. The task associated with the LINE is STOPPED. Start the task by using the SCF
START TASK command. The task to start would be DLC0 for LINE 0 and DLC1 for
LINE 1. Retry starting the LINE after starting the task.
