QUEST Command Syntax
-h
obtains help about the commands and options supported.
-H={0|[n1,n2,n3,...nn}
displays the history of all versions or specified versions. To print all versions, enter
the following history parameter option:
TACL>quest -H=0
-ioptions
extracts information from the dump file. This parameter is optional and should
follow the -f parameter.
The following are valid values for the option variable of the -ioption
parameter. These options are used to extract information from the dump file. Every
option can appear only once, but the options can be specified together.
a
All options are selected. Sets options v, t, c, s, S, l, and w.
c
displays the swan_ct table information in readable form.
d=range
specifies the option to view and debug the contents of the dump file within the
specified memory range. For example,
TACL>quest2 d0929000 -id=0x00661ef4
D
forces decoding of the system flags and post run/fail flags even if the flags are
detected to be corrupt.
f|f=range
displays the flash image from 0x00000000 to 0x0007ffff.
F
forces analysis to proceed even though the dump file is incomplete. Forces a
skipping of the swan_ct table information if it is of an unexpected size or
unknown version.

displays a table of information for the following:
