QUEST 2 Command Syntax

The QUEST2 command has this syntax:

quest2

is the command name and has to be entered only if you are using the command

line interface. The command name is used with parameters when you use the

command line prompt to issue the QUEST2 command. The command name is

used without parameters when you are issuing the command at the command line

prompt to enter the QUEST2 interactive mode. Once in the QUEST2 interactive

mode, you only need to enter the parameters with their appropriate option.

help

is common to both SWAN and SWAN 2 and displays the help text. For example, to

issue this command from the command line interface, enter:

TACL>quest2 help

To issue this command, in the interactive mode, enter:

TACL>quest2

[-c [ieeeFilename] [options]

where options is one or more of the following separated by

blank spaces:

BLOCKLIST (interactive input mode only)

CLOSE (interactive input mode only)

[-i[m] | [{im | DUMP DRAM range}]] (SWAN CLIPdumps only)

[-i[f[=range]] | [{ if[=range] | DUMP FLASH[=range]}]

[-i[n[=range]] | [{ in[=range] | DUMP MEM[=range]}]

[-i[p[=range]] | [{ ip[=range] | DUMP PAL[=range]}]

[DUMP STACK taskname] (interactive input mode only)
