To determine the location and version of the new SWAN CLIP firmware object file for
the RVU or SPR, use the VPROC command. At a TACL prompt, enter the VPROC
command:
VPROC $SYSTEM.CSSnn.C7953P00
where nn is the number of the $SYSTEM.SYSnn.
Step 3: Check Current Firmware Version in the SWAN CLIPs
Determine the firmware version currently running in each SWAN CLIP using either the
TSM Service Application to show the attributes of each CLIP or by using the SCF
STATUS SERVER $ZZWAN.#conc-name.clip-num, DETAIL command.
Step 4: Stop the SWAN Concentrator and CLIPs
Stop the SWAN concentator and terminate operation of all CLIPs.
If you are using SCF, enter the Stop Adapter command with the SUB ALL option to
stop the concentrator and CLIPs:
SCF STOP ADAPTER $ZZWAN.#S01, SUB ALL
