SYSGENR Message Descriptions
Cause. Processor nn in the OSIMAGE file has overflowed the directory size limit.
This message appears in the body of the listing, at the point where the error was
detected.
Effect. SYSGENR terminates.
Recovery. Gather the items listed on page A-1, then call your service provider.
Cause. The attempt to copy the system image to disk has failed. This message
appears on the home terminal.
Effect. SYSGENR continues and prompts again for another system image disk.
Recovery. Take corrective action for the error condition, and then retry the operation.
Cause. The DP2 file to be linked with NLD has been found in the
SYSTEM_PROCESS_CODE_FILES entry, but the file code 700 DP2 driver file has
not been found in the SYSTEM_PROCESS_LIBRARY_FILES entry.
Effect. SYSGENR terminates.
Recovery. Put the proper DP2 driver file in the
SYSTEM_PROCESS_LIBRARY_FILES entry, and rerun SYSGENR.
Cause. In the ALLPROCESSORS paragraph, you have specified the same
subvolume.filename in more than one RENAME_TO option for files copied to the
new system. This message appears in the body of the listing, at the point where the
error was detected.
Effect. SYSGENR finishes scanning the CONFTEXT file and then terminates.
Recovery. Remove extra entries. There must be only one RENAME_TO option for
each file in the FILES_TO_COPY_TO_NEW_SYSTEM entry.
