SYSGENR Message Descriptions
Cause. There are two native procedures whose first 30 characters are the same after
the "$" in the shell procedure. This is an internal problem, as it results in two shells
with the same name.
Effect. SYSGENR terminates.
Recovery. Gather the items listed on page A-1, then call your service provider.
Cause. The procedure procname is missing a needed gateway address. This is an
internal problem.
Effect. SYSGENR terminates.
Recovery. Gather the items listed on page A-1, then call your service provider.
Cause. The object name specified in the CONFTEXT file is longer than 31 characters
in length. This message appears in the body of the listing, at the point where the error
was detected.
Effect. SYSGENR finishes scanning the CONFTEXT file and then terminates.
Recovery. Correct the symbolic name length to 31 or fewer characters.
Cause. SYSGENR has been asked to run a remote program, but one of the file
names passed to the process has a 7-character volume name (in addition to a $). As a
result, the file name cannot be converted to a network name.
Effect. SYSGENR issues a warning. When the process fails, SYSGENR issues an
error message and then terminates.
Recovery. Either run the program on the same system as SYSGENR, or use a
version of the file that is on a network-accessible disk (a disk whose name is fewer
than 7 characters long).
