Changes to the ALLPROCESSORS Paragraph
The format of the CONFTEXT configuration file has undergone major changes for
G-series RVUs:
•
The list of installed processors is no longer specified in the ALLPROCESSORS
paragraph; instead, SYSGENR builds images for the maximum number of
processors. You can use the SCF CPUS \system command to display the
number of actual processors.
•
Because SCF, not SYSGENR, now configures peripheral devices and system
processes, the other CONFTEXT paragraphs have been removed.
•
The ALLPROCESSORS paragraph remains for G-series RVUs, but with fewer
entries. Table D-1 lists the ALLPROCESSORS paragraph entries that are obsolete
