#USERID Built-In Function
Use #USERID to obtain the user ID (group-num, user-num) of a user, given the user
name or alias, or to determine whether a specified user is defined on the system.
user
is either a user name, a user ID, or an alias.
Result
#USERID returns the user ID of the specified user if that user is defined; otherwise, it
returns nothing.
