Logical File Names
Logical File Names
A logical file name is a TACL DEFINE name or a TACL ASSIGN name. The following
directives accept a logical file name in place of a file name:
ERRORFILE
SAVEGLOBALS
SEARCH
SOURCE
USEGLOBALS

TAL Programmer’s Guide gives more information on disk file names
and TACL DEFINE and ASSIGN commands.
