Edit the MeasTCM control file and correct the ACTUALDISK42 parameter.

Cause
The parameter following the ACTUALDISK43 keyword in the MeasTCM control file does not
represent a valid disk of subtype 43.
Effect
The program terminates. No CSV files are produced.
Recovery
Edit the MeasTCM control file and correct the ACTUALDISK43 parameter.
