In general, you should define these categories:
One category that includes all disk processes (except audit disk processes). Disk processes
are assigned to one category only.
If the system is TMF-audited, one TMF category that includes the audit disk processes. (The
default file assumes an audit disk name of $AUDIT.)
One category for each major server class.
One category for each set of TCPs (or other requesters) that are dedicated to one or more
major transactions.
One category for each set of line handlers that are dedicated to one or more major transactions.
Figure 8 (page 55) shows an excerpt from the template file and shows typical process categories
for an application:
