PROGRAM_START_REPLY Record
PROGRAM_START_REPLY is sent from a TLOGMGR to the ILOGMGR indicating
that the PROGRAM_START_REQ received from the ILOGMGR has been processed.
Table B-2 shows the format of the PROGRAM_START_REPLY record.
PROGRAM_START_ABORT Record
PROGRAM_START_ABORT is sent from the ILOGMGR to a TLOGMGR or from a
TLOGMGR to the ILOGMGR to terminate a session start request. Table B-3 shows the
format of the PROGRAM_START_ABORT record.
