The Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) module of the TCP/IP process has detected
that another machine on the network is broadcasting the same IP address. If this were
to continue, each of the two machines might receive packets intended for the other and
would function improperly.
This event is critical. It is reported to the EMS collector ($0).

ZSPI-TKN-SSID
is a header token that specifies the subsystem ID. The value used for the TCP/IP
subsystem is ZTCI-VAL-SSID.
ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER
is a header token that contains the event number. Its value is
ZTCI-EVT-DUP-IPADDR (7).
ZEMS-TKN-SUBJECT-MARK
is the standard EMS token that always immediately precedes the subject token
here, ZCOM-TKN-SUBJ-PROC.
