The Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) module of the TCP/IP process has detected
that another machine on the Ethernet LAN is using the broadcast address
FF.FF.FF.FF.FF.FF as its Ethernet address. This causes all packets sent to the
broadcast address to be received by all machines on the Ethernet LAN. Performance
of all machines is adversely affected. In addition, some implementations of TCP/IP
might try to forward the packet(s) back over the Ethernet LAN, flooding the LAN and
crashing most machines on the LAN.
This event is critical. It is reported to the EMS collector ($0).

subsystem is ZTCI-VAL-SSID.

is a header token that contains the event number. Its value is
ZTCI-EVT-BCAST-ENET-ADDR (8).
ZEMS-TKN-SUBJECT-MARK
is the standard EMS token that always immediately precedes the subject token
here, ZCOM-TKN-SUBJ-PROC.
