In the text message, err-num corresponds to the value in ZTCI-TKN-ERR-NUM.
Cause. A TCP/IP call to DSM_TRACE_ failed.
Effect. There is a problem in stopping the trace.
Recovery. The operation may be retried. Recovery depends on the trace collector.

This event is critical. It is reported to the EMS collector ($0).
