In the text message, err-num corresponds to the value in ZTCI-TKN-ERR-NUM and
iop-name corresponds to the value in ZTCI-TKN-IOPNAME.
Cause. A QIO driver error has occurred.
Effect. This message is for informational purposes only.
Recovery. The TCP/IP process will close and attempt to reopen the I/O process.
