ZTNT-EVT-TELNET-READ-ERR
A READ operation to the TCP/IP process failed. This causes the window that
attempted the READ operation to go down and the connection to the remote machine
to be severed.
This event is critical. The event message is reported to the EMS collector ($0).

subsystem is ZTNT-VAL-SSID.
ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER
is a header token that contains the event number. Its value is ZTNT-EVT-
TELNET-READ-ERR (3).
