ZTNT-EVT-SUMSTATE-CHG The summary state of a TELNET window has changed as a result of an operator
command or an error. If the summary-state change is the result of an error, one of the
four events described earlier in this section (TELNET event messages 1 through 4) will
also occur and will provide additional information on the cause of the error.
This event is a noncritical event. The event message is reported to the EMS collector
($0).
