INFO Command
Examples
•
To delete all SUBNETs:
-> DELETE SUBNET $ZZTCP.*.*
•
To delete SUBNET SN1:
-> DELETE SUBNET $ZZTCP.*.SN1
-> DELETE SUBNET $ZZTCP.SN1
Considerations
•
The object-name template (wild-card notation) is supported.
•
When the DELETE operation is completed, the definition of the SUBNET you
specified for deletion is removed from the system configuration database.
•
Before you can delete a SUBNET, it must be in the STOPPED summary state.
•
The DELETE SUBNET operation removes all IPv4 and IPv6 addresses for the
SUBNET/interface.
•
The DELETE SUBNET operation also deletes all the IPv4 and IPv6 routes
dependent on this interface/SUBNET and removes the static routes dependent on
this interface/SUBNET from the system configuration database.
•
A SUBNET configured with failover enabled cannot be deleted unless its
associated brother is also brought to the STOPPED state.
•
When one of the SUBNET in the failover pair is deleted, the associated SUBNET
of this SUBNET is also deleted.
•
When one of the SUBNET in the failover pair is deleted, the Failover Alias IP
address and all the additional aliases in its brother are also removed.
•
The loopback and the automatic tunnel SUBNET/interface cannot be deleted.
