Viewing and Changing TFDS Configuration Options
Using TFDSCOM Commands. For the current equivalent for obsolete command
names, see Appendix B, TFDSCOM Command Migration Table.
To configure TFDS configuration options to be persistent—that is, to still be valid after
a system load—enter the commands through TFDSCOM and execute the SAVE
command. You can temporarily override default settings with TFDSCOM commands,
but unless you execute the SAVE command, the values revert to the default settings
when you restart TFDS.
You can also customize TFDS configuration options by opening and editing the
configuration file. However, the changes made this way do not take effect until you stop
and restart TFDS.
