TASKS
The TASKS command displays current running tasks within TFDS.
Guideline
TASKS displays burst-related tasks only. Other tasks do not have output.
TFDS STOP
The TFDS STOP command lets you stop the TFDS process pair.
Guidelines
•
For G-series RVUs, this command is not normally used. For G-series RVUs, TFDS
is designed to run under the control of the Subsystem Control Facility (SCF), so
use SCF to stop and start TFDS.
•
If TFDS is running under the control of SCF and suggested TFDS SCF
configuration commands are used, you must issue this command twice to stop
TFDS because SCF attempts to ensure its persistence.
•
If TFDS is not running under the control of SCF, use this command rather than the
TACL STOP command to stop TFDS.
