Cause. As TFDS starts, it reads the configuration file and communicates with the Non-
stop Kernel to determine information about the hardware environment.
Effect. To determine the current status of the TFDS configuration, view these
messages in the EMS log.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.

Cause. TFDS sent a status message related to the Garth process that it started.
Effect. To determine the current status of the Garth process, view the status
