109: ZTMF-EVT-ATCANTROLL
TMF was attempting to prepare the next audit-trail file for a rollover, but could not
because there were no available files. This message begins an action event that is
completed by ZTMF-EVT-ATROLLOK (110).

ZTMF-TKN-EVTHDR-PROCESSTYPE
identifies the TMF process that generated the event. For this event, the value of
this token is ZTMF-VAL-PROC-TMP.
