Effect
The specified file can only be recovered to a timestamp before the previous file
recovery operation. All audit information for the specified file following the file hiatus
record in the audit trail is inaccessible.
Recommended Action
After performing file recovery to a timestamp or to first purge, make an online dump of
the file immediately.
