278: ZTMF-EVT-BTENABLED
TMF is once again beneath the threshold that had been temporarily exceeded, or an
operator or subsystem control program (SPI requester) issued a START TMF or
ENABLE BEGINTRANS command.

ZTMF-TKN-EVTHDR-PROCESSTYPE
identifies the TMF process that generated the event. The value of this token for
this event is ZTMF-VAL-PROC-TMP.
