279: ZTMF-EVT-ALTERBEGINTRANS
An operator or subsystem control program (SPI requester) issued an ALTER
BEGINTRANS command, changing the value of the specified attribute(s).

ZTMF-TKN-EVTHDR-PROCESSTYPE
identifies the TMF process that generated the event. The value of this token for
this event is ZTMF-VAL-PROC-TMP.
