if present, contains an integer identifying the old recoverable resource manager
count.
ZTMF-TKN-NEWRECRMCOUNT
if present, contains an integer identifying the new recoverable resource manager
count.
ZTMF-TKN-OLDRMOPENPERCPU
if present, contains an integer identifying the old resource manager opens per
CPU.
