282: ZTMF-EVT-CTGALTERRE
An operator or subsystem control program (SPI requester) issued an ALTER
CATALOG command, specifying a new RELEASED attribute value.

ZTMF-TKN-EVTHDR-PROCESSTYPE
is the subject token of the event message, and it identifies the TMF process that
generated the event. The value of this token for this event is ZTMF-VAL-
PROC-TMP.
ZTMF-TKN-CTGRELEASED
specifies whether the RELEASED attribute is on or off. The possible values are:
