Falling Back From D46
2. Install all necessary fallback IPM software.
3. Coldload the system with the appropriate product software (D38, D44,
or D45).
4. Remove or replace any programs that use format 2 files.
5. Unless they were modified to understand the R5 and/or R6 audit
formats in addition to the new R7 format, remove or replace any
programs and third party products that retrieve information from audit
trails.
6. Restart TMF.
