INFO DATAVOLS
Remember that a data volume cannot be added to a new TMF configuration if it was
associated with a previous TMF configuration and thus might be inconsistent.
Therefore, before submitting the CONFL2 command file for execution, you must take
one of the following actions:
•
Edit the ALTER DATAVOLS commands in COMFL2 to include the
IGNOREPREVIOUSCONFIG option, which allows the data volumes to be added in
spite of possible inconsistencies.
•
Explicitly delete the data volumes referenced in COMFL2 from the existing TMF
configuration.
If you do not take one of these actions, the ALTER DATAVOLS commands will fail
when the command file is executed.
This final INFO DATAVOLS command displays configuration attributes for all data
volumes (in another TMF configuration) sorted by audit-trail ID:
