Remember that the ALTER BEGINTRANS command in this OBEYFORM command
file cannot be executed unless TMF is running. Therefore, before you execute the file,
you must add a START TMF command before the ALTER BEGINTRANS command in
the file. Also recall, as noted earlier in this discussion, that TMF does not write the
MaxRetainedATFiles field to the INFO TMF output when the CNFGFORM or
OBEYFORM option is used.
