Cause. A Subsystem Programmatic Interface (SPI) error occurred.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. This message should never appear. Make a note of the command entered
and the circumstances. Then, contact the GCSC or your service provider.

Cause. A STATUS TRANSACTIONS command was entered, but the TMP ran out of
system resources needed to execute the command.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. This is only a transient problem; re-enter the command.

Effect. The command fails.
