Cause. An ALTER BEGINTRANS command specified one or more improper values
for the TRANSCOUNTTHRESH parameter. (See the command syntax description for
the acceptable values.)
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Re-enter the command with TRANSCOUNTTHRESH set to proper values.
