Cause. An ALTER BEGINTRANS command contained an invalid value for the
RECRMCOUNT attribute.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Retry the command with a valid value for the RECRMCOUNT attribute.
The valid values are 16 through 16384, inclusive. The value specified will be
automatically rounded to the nearest multiple of 16.
