filename
is the name of the referenced file.
Cause. For a file on a data volume, a TMF error occurred. For a file on a virtual
volume, a required physical volume within the NonStop Storage Management
Foundation (SMF) storage pool was not enabled for TMF when an ADD DUMPS
command attempted to add the file to the TMF catalog.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. For a file on a data volume, this message should never appear. Make a
note of the command entered and the information supplied in filename. Then,
contact the GCSC or your service provider. For a file on a virtual volume, enable the
physical volumes; if you cannot enable the volumes, isolate or quarantine the physical
volumes in SMF, so that they are unavailable for file placement. Then, re-enter the
ADD DUMPS command.

Cause. An INFO DUMPS command either referred to the wrong file set or to a file set
for which no dumps have been performed.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Either re-enter the command, specifying a different file set, or perform
dumps to populate the file set.
Subsystem Error: The volume that the file filename resides on
is not configured as a data volume, or the virtual volume
that the file resides on contains one or more physical
volumes that are not enabled for TMF.
No files listed in the TMF catalog match the file set
filename.
