supplies a numeric code that further defines the error and identifies the subsystem
and system procedure that transmitted this code: the Guardian procedure
ENFORMSTART.
Cause. While a command was in process, the condition indicated by errcode
occurred.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. For details about this error, refer to the Guardian Procedure Errors and
Messages Manual. Correct the error condition reported, if necessary, and re-enter the
command.
