Cause. A TMF error occurred.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. This message should never appear. Contact the GCSC or your service
provider.

transid
is a transaction identifier.
Cause. A RESOLVE TRANSACTION, ABORT TRANSACTION, or DELETE
TRANSACTION command was issued for the specified transaction, but the transaction
is in a state that does not allow the operation requested.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Reissue the command when the transaction is in an appropriate state.

rmname
is the resource manager name specified in the command.
Cause. An ADD RESOURCEMANAGER command attempted to add a resource
manager after the configured limit on the total number of recoverable resource
managers was reached.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Delete one or more recoverable resource managers using the DELETE
RESOURCEMANAGER command, or increase the configured recoverable resource
manager limit using the ALTER BEGINTRANS, RECRMCOUNT command. Then add
the resource manager by reissuing the ADD RESOURCEMANAGER command.
Subsystem Error: A STOP TMF command specified the ABRUPT
option with an illegal value. Contact the Global Customer
Support Center (GCSC) or your service provider.
The state of the specified transaction (transid) does not
permit the attempted operation.
Attempt to add resource manager name rmname failed because
the configured limit on the total number of resource managers
has already been reached.
