volume
is the name of the volume specified in the command.
Cause. The command attempted to add a volume but could not do so, probably
because the volume is inaccessible.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Make the volume accessible; bring up the volume or the processor to
which it is attached.

volume
is the name of the volume specified in the command.
Cause. The command attempted to add a volume but could not do so because the
request to start the volume was rejected.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Examine the EMS log file to determine the reason the command failed.
Correct this cause, if possible, and re-enter the command.

volume
is the name of the volume specified in the command.
Cause. The command attempted to add a data volume but could not do so because
this volume was already assigned to a different TMF configuration.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Re-enter the command, specifying the IGNOREPREVIOUSCONFIG option
to override this TMF check.
volume -- not added (not accessible).
volume -- not added (DP rejected startup request, see EMS
log).
volume -- not added (belongs to different config; not
overridden).
