Cause. An ALTER PROCESS command specified the CPUS option, but no processor
number was present.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Check the syntax rules for the command and re-enter it accordingly.

Cause. The command did not specify a valid device name where TMFCOM expected
one.
Effect. The command fails.
