error
is the error code returned by the PROCESS_CREATE_ procedure.
error-detail
is the error-detail code returned by the PROCESS_CREATE_ procedure, and
further defines the error that occurred. This is usually a file-system error code.
program-file-name
is the name of the program file that PROCESS_CREATE_ was trying to create.
Cause. A PROCESS_CREATE_ error occurred.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Make a note of the command entered and the information supplied in
error, error-detail, and program-file-name and look up the
PROCESS_CREATE_ error. Correct the problem as indicated, and then retry or
cancel the operation.
PROCESS_CREATE_ error error, error-detail on file program-
file-name occurred while attempting to create an EMS
Distributor process. At this time, you can correct the
problem and THEN respond to the following query to retry or
cancel the operation.
