ALTER DUMPS
Changes dump entries in the TMF catalog.
Security: super user group member.
ALTER PROCESS
Changes the configured attribute values of various TMF process types.
Security: super user group member for all attributes except DEBUG; logon under
super ID (user ID 255,255) for DEBUG attribute.
