DISPLAY OPERATIONS
DISPLAY OPERATIONS
The DISPLAY OPERATIONS command displays the Event Management Service
(EMS) messages recorded for a specific TMF operation.
operation-number
is an integer that identifies the operation for which EMS messages are displayed,
as described under “Usage Guidelines.” The lowest operation number assigned is
1, and the highest is 100.
LONG
displays EMS messages in the long form, including the time that the operation
occurred, the name of the process that generated the operation, and the identity of
the subsystem (such as TMF.G07) that produced the operation.
In the long form, message display lines often exceed the typical screen width of 80
characters and are therefore difficult to read. If you omit LONG, the default
displays messages in the short form, which excludes the event time, process
name, and subsystem identity.
BEGINTIME date-time
specifies the approximate time that the operation for which you want information
was generated, as described under “Usage Guidelines.” Specify date-time in
the following format:
{month[-]day[-]year, hr:min[:sec] }
{day[-]month[-]year, hr:min[:sec]}
where:
month
is a three-character abbreviation for the name of the month:
{JAN|FEB|MAR|APR|MAY|JUN|JUL|AUG|SEP|OCT|NOV|DEC}
day
is a two-digit integer for the day of the month.
