Cause. An ALTERBEGINTRANS command specified one or more improper values for
the TMPMEMTHRESH parameter. (See the command syntax description for the
acceptable values.)
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Re-enter the command with TMPMEMTHRESH set to proper values.
