groupid1
is the user group ID required to execute the command.
userid1
is the user ID required to execute the command.
groupid2
is your user group ID.
userid2
is your user ID.
Cause. This command can only be issued by a person logged on under the user ID
groupid1,userid1 or the super ID (255,255).
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Ask the person with the user ID groupid1, userid1 or the super ID to
enter this command on your behalf, or select another command.
Only someone with the user ID groupid1,userid1, or someone
with the SUPER.SUPER ID (user ID 255,255), can execute this
command. The user ID of this user is groupid2,userid2.
